Auction Protege operates in accordance with South African laws and regulations governing vehicle sales, auctions, and financing. All clients are required to adhere to the rules and conditions outlined herein.
All vehicles are sold in the condition presented at the time of purchase or auction. While efforts are made to provide accurate details and inspection reports, buyers are encouraged to inspect vehicles personally before completing transactions.
Clients applying for finance must provide accurate and verifiable information including proof of income, employment status, and credit history. Auction Protege works with multiple financial institutions to secure the best deals for our clients.
All sales are final. Refunds will only be processed in exceptional cases such as double payment or legal breach by Auction Protege. No returns will be accepted once the vehicle has been released to the buyer.
We are committed to protecting client information. Personal and financial details collected during transactions will only be used for official purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Auction Protege shall not be held liable for accidents, damages, or losses incurred after the transfer of ownership. Buyers assume full responsibility for the vehicle once payment is completed.
By engaging with Auction Protege services, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with all company policies, terms, and South African regulatory requirements.
